As they say it’s never too late to do anything....except maybe go to the gym at my age (58). That said Royston suggested it would help my posture, back problems and help me generally be more mobile as I get older. And so true he was. In only six weeks my back problems have vanished, my stature is so much better, I feel better and younger and my body has become toned and more youthful. We like this bit especially!

Royston assessed by body dynamics and we began a systemised work routine that’s totally enjoyable and different at each session so there’s no boredom to the routines we do.

Beside’s all of that he’s a well educated trainer that knows exactly what my body needs and we have lots of fun at the same time. I truly look forward to our sessions together. I would highly recommend him.

Whilst I have long recognised that a fitness programme is an essential part of a busy lifestyle, it used to be a chore that I rushed through. As being healthy and feeling fit has always been important to me, I was at a loss at what to do. Royston has made it an enjoyable experience which I actually look forward to and which is also highly effective. He is creative and innovative, providing for a continuously varied training programme which is both mentally stimulating and interactive. 
I have also benefited from Royston's extensive knowledge on nutrition and this has seen a radical change in my eating habits. I really enjoy training these days and it is such an effective use of time. An hour with Royston is always focused, intensive and fun.

I arranged to see Royston as I was experiencing a slow recovery following an operation.  Royston carried out a detailed evaluation of my fitness as well as my training technique and suggested a plan to address the issues he identified.  He coached me over the following weeks paying close attention to my technique.  I have been really pleased with the results.  I have quickly built core strength and have had no further pain from my operation.
