In terms of 1 to 1 training; Royston will:
- identify and correct musculoskeletal flaws as well as exercises that may potentiate long-term injury
- assess and discuss each exercise with a view to long-term body suitability
- make postural corrections
- ensure correct muscles for each exercise are being used to maximise energy efficiency
- correct breathing rhythms and timings
- show you how to prevent injury, avoid over-training and also recognise training plateuax
- re-train mis-used muscles
- rehabilitate any prior injury weaknesses
- make each session varied and enjoyable
- ensure you take away something of long-term benefit from each session
Additional services include:
- Body Composition Testing [BCT] as and when necessary or requested
- Nutrition/ dietary advice including supplements guidanance as and when necessary
- Weight Management
- Body sculpting to your exact requirements
