In terms of 1 to 1 training; Royston will:
  • identify and correct musculoskeletal flaws as well as exercises that may potentiate long-term injury
  • assess and discuss each exercise with a view to long-term body suitability
  • make postural corrections 
  • ensure correct muscles for each exercise are being used to maximise energy efficiency
  • correct breathing rhythms and timings
  • show you how to prevent injury, avoid over-training and also recognise training plateuax
  • re-train mis-used muscles
  • rehabilitate any prior injury weaknesses
  • make each session varied and enjoyable
  • ensure you take away something of long-term benefit from each session
Additional services include:
  • Body Composition Testing [BCT] as and when necessary or requested
  • Nutrition/ dietary advice including supplements guidanance as and when necessary
  • Weight Management 
  • Body sculpting to your exact requirements
